Went to Bunnings Box Hill because the paint department at Nunawading had paint-matching equipment problems. All I had for guidance was a piece of cardboard with some fresh paint on it, but it was gloss where I wanted flat. Michael at Box Hill was brilliant. He consulted a colour chart, then looked at swatches, then used the colour probe and came up with a basic tint, made up the paint, checked it, then modified the tint twice based on his experience.
