First time at this Bunnings today... I was shocked by the quality of plants they sell at their garden center. Many of the indoor plants, including African violets, looked like they'd been sitting in water for at least 30 minutes. Usually, African violets don't like wet feet, so they're basically killing their plants that way. My wife also noticed them selling air plants in closed containers that were already dead. Also noticed staffs are just chatting away. Not sure how productive the time been used for.
Standard BAU place for all the things you need under one roof. Near the Bankstosn airport, quite busy and ample parking places.
Went on Wednesday to return the items from Bunnings Warehouse Bankstown Aiport at return desk. The lady was rude when we had a lot of receipts that she did not want to scan and return. She just worked off and refused to help us. I was annoys and not want to see her again. Customers must be treated respect and dignity to be served not just be rude and harassed.
