Great staff, Yugen was supper helpful and kind!
I love this store BUT there are a couple of staff on duty when you enter or leave who have extremely bad customer relations skills. It is possible to ask to see inside a customer's bag NICELY. Yes, madam and sir, you have the RIGHT to do so. It is part of yor job. But, is it so difficult to be just a little civil?
