Today got to bunnings and my back gave way. The staff and even customers were great. The man who was there said it’s okay I can get you what you want or take you in a wheelchair and you can tell me what you want. One customer said no put her in a wheel barrow 🤣 well the very kind staff and in particular the man pushing me were super. Can’t thank your staff enough. Thank you bunnings.
I buy alot at bunnings baldivis. Dont expext any customer service from them. If you want good service rather go to rockingham bunnings. They always try to help you.
Baldivis bunnings looks like run down thrift store, it’s a mess. Store stock is all over the place, it’s a real task to walk through the Bunnings without tripping or hitting something. Customer service is non-existent at trade desk. Time to get rid of the current manager and seriously clean this place up. Worst one i’ve seen and as a tradie i have seen every single bunnings in perth.
