Paint Department: My experience with Harrison at Bunnings Belconnen was outstanding. He helped me with paints and gave clear, practical advice that made everything simple. He listened, understood what I needed, and guided me with real expertise and patience. Exceptional service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bunnings is lucky to have him.

I have always liked Bunnings but I have noticed a recent change and just wondered if others have noticed it. Bunnings seems to be cutting down on its stock lines and pushing people to use "marketplace" for items that should be stock lines eg the consumables for machines they sell. This has been confirmed by employees who help me look for something and then tell me "we used to have it but looks like they arent stocking it any more". Today I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced — not just at Bunnings (where the bar can sometimes be… flexible), but in my entire life. Angelo from the Coburg Bunnings paint department is an absolute standout. The perfect mix of professionalism, compassion, and deep product knowledge, he didn’t miss a beat. The man is razor-sharp. EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS BRANCH. IMPOLITE STAF, RUD MANASGER. AWFUL
Very poor service and completely wrong delivery. The quality of the materials I received was terrible — definitely not the same as other Bunnings branches. The decking boards they sent were the worst I’ve ever seen — all warped and unusable. They also delivered the wrong items, which left me waiting for almost a week and unable to work during that time. Very disappointing experience and I will not order from this branch again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jules from Special Orders at Bunnings Caringbah. After being directed to her for assistance with a product I intended to purchase, I waited patiently while she engaged in light hearted banter with customers ahead of me. However, as soon as she turned to me, her entire demeanour shifted. Jules was rude, dismissive, spoke over me, and ultimately refused to assist-sending me to the Trade Desk, which had absolutely nothing to do with my enquiry. I was served by Bianca at Bunnings Alexandria Customer Service today. Bianca was efficient, friendly and respectful. She dealt with the issue I brought to her with compassion and respect. I guess I'm saying that Bianca showed that she cared. A great Bunnings employee. Thanks heaps
