I bought a car. (New, used). The person told me it had 3,000 miles on it. ( a demo car). It ended up having over 5,000 miles, i noticed when I was driving home. My mistake for believing him. I had a feeling that they didn't get my address right. So i called and spoke to the finance dept. And gave them my address, making sure my apartment number was on it. I will never do business with this dealership again! I purchased a used truck from them over two months ago and paid for it in cash (did not finance). I had it shipped to my home in Virginia. The truck is great and I love it. However, I can not get the title from the dealership, despite calling the sales, finance and business department dozens of times. My next step is to resort to legal action.

BAIT AND SWITCH, needed a car under 5k, saw ad came up on Google for a price drop to 5,900 on a "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED" on a 2009, we liked it for my sons first car. Then they brought in this paper showing all the work that was done to it ( carfax and whatever they did previously) and drove up the price to over 7k and then added the GM Protection plan of over 1500 and charged me 50.00 for the emissions test that was done before I even bought the car? I had major problems driving my car to Santa Barbara from San Francisco on February 29, 2024. I barely made it into Santa Barbara after the car repeatedly stopped on the highway and had to be restarted. I left the car at Coastal Chevrolet. They said that they had repaired the car several days later and I picked it up and paid them $2200 for their work. A few days after that I headed back north.
