Rented for a year and the overall experience was excellent. Ryan specifically was fantastic to work with. Communication was very prompt and it was clear he had our best interests in mind. He was happy to review the lease with us and clarify any portions we had questins about. He also handled maintenence and move out better than any other rental agency I've used. I would highly recommend renting from Burnnell.
Ryan did a great job as managing agent for a handicap accessible / mobility impaired three bedroom house that suited my mother and was close to the airport near Eaglecrest! Good people and highly recommended.
