great customer service – I recently moved to Raleigh and found Bunky's on City Search. I have been more than happy with the job they do on my car. Fast, thorough, and attention to detail. The employees are great- remembered me after my 2nd visit!
No customer service – I recently visited the Bunkey's on Glenwood, and was totally disappointed with the service I received. I paid $35 for the diamond wash. It was to include shampooing the floor mats, air freshener, cleaning windows, etc. When I saw my car the outside was spotless, but when I got in my car the first thing I noticed was the stench! It was disgusting. They did not vacuum the back seat or cargo areas. The Armour All was on so thick, that it was literally dripping off the areas they actually managed to get it ... read more
