What a wonderful way to workout. It's fun, great people, and a no judgement zone!
I joined my first class here 4 years ago. I was nervous, excited, and full of anxiety. Immediately I was welcomed by everyone and felt as if I was in a safe space of amazing people (I was right) so I never left! I absolutely dread working out, but Bungee QC takes out all the guess work and makes you feel amazing in a judgement free space. Laughter is truly half the calorie burn and major bonus points for getting to fly, defy gravity, and make the best group of friends!
Why aren’t more people talking about this place? Such a hidden gem! I absolutely love everything about this place! Clean, great location, plenty of parking! Stephanie, the owner, has the best energy! She was very personable and supportive (I’m a newbie!)! As a person who has tried just about every alternative fitness class, I can confidently say that this was by far the most I’ve had working out! I can’t wait to go back!
My first time. A fun way to get some exercise. Loved it. Can't wait to do it again.
