Moved here about 5 months ago into a 1 bedroom. The location is beautiful, views of the peaks and up on top of the Mesa with urban trail accessible out your front door. The units are very spacious, and I only have 1 shared wall ( kitchen wall ). Its quiet, amenities are nice and the staff is excellent. Would definitely recommend living here :)
I never do reviews. Truly never, but I’m at a lost for words with this place. Initially I thought everyone was super cool here and they would be super friendly. Brenda, bless her she’s the best but I can’t say the same for the rest. I started my complaint with the electrical issues being really high. I was paying 4-600 dollars a month which is outrageous. The heating system here sucks so bad. We've never felt warm in this place. Maintenance kept telling us that they can't do anything about it lol. Like what? It finally broke yesterday and it's blowing cold air. Heater heats up the bedroom but not the rest of the place. This is a 1 bedroom apartment and only 700 sqft so it's not huge. If you want to rent here, make sure you have wool blankets and turn on your oven often lol

Nothing great about living here. This place is the worst in terms of built. The walls, doors, and windows are so thin and poorly built that our electricity is outrageous. A previous tenant posted about this issue but I thought it could not be that bad. We hardly turn the heater past 64 and our bill is averaging $300+ for minimal electrical usage in a 700 sq ft unit and we are only 5 months into the lease.
