My husband and I have recently moved into a cottage at The Overlook. We have been very happy with our decision. The “maintenance “ tech, Matthew, has already been such a lifesaver in his attention to detail, competence and willingness to listen and help with our needs. He is an awesome addition to our enjoyment of our new home…and a terrific employee!
I have lived in many apartment complexes and I will say this: this complex was my favourite one. I was a resident for 2 years. The property was always clean and well-kept. If I ever had an issue or problem, Caleb, the maintenance supervisor was on top of it. Nevah was the best property manager—so professional, so accommodating and very connected with her residents. I highly recommend this property to anyone is looking for a home that you want to always renew your lease with!!!
I moved in two days ago. So far, everything is great. Brenda was spectacularly helpful pre-move, and Nevah, Caleb, and Matthew were super quick to attend to the minor maintenance issues I found. The location is terrific, and the grounds are very nice -- this is a rare apartment complex where the units aren't all jammed together.
Lived for several years now and really like it. Nevah and Brenda at the apartment office are very nice and helpful. Caleb and the maintenance crew are very responisve and capable. Thanks for doing a great job running this apartment complex.
Maintenance Matthew and Caleb are quick to respond and have skillfully fixed everything I requested. I’ve never experienced such prompt attention from maintenance any other place.
