I have lived at Overlook for 2 years. The first few months were good, the place looked nice. I know they have had maintenance issues so I wasn't overly harsh. I did complain to Brenda a few months ago about the state of the weeds, (they are very bad throughout the community) trash, the front porches, a great deal of them have trash on them. We have had the most positive experience here! This company could not have a better staff than Brenda and Nevah! They are so polite, and professional and are always there to help when you need it. They both have worked hard to keep this beautiful place up and running even through some tough winter months! I have lived in MANY places throughout my life and have rented my entire life. If you're considering renting here, pay close attention to the utility costs, construction quality, and management communication before signing a lease. I've lived here for almost two years, and while the community is extremely quiet and generally feels safe, the poor construction quality became impossible to ignore. The walls and structure noticeably shift during high winds, and there appears to be very little insulation. As a result, utility bills can be expensive. My wife and I toured here recently. We met with Brenda and she was very welcoming and professional. She took her time with us, and answered all our questions. We loved the fact that this place has a Pet Spa, and a large dog park. The apartments are very spacious, and we love the fact that they have large backyards.
