My friend and I toured the apartments last week. We met with Brenda. Immediately she said she would shake our hand but she fell and had stitches, and immediately went into detail on what happened to her. My friend and I just sat there. I'm in nursing school so I'm taught to just listen to people and be respectful. She was unprofessional, I don't know if she was looking for attention or what but it was creepy. Very cute place! The staff is wonderful, very kind and professional!
My mom, little sister, and I have lived here 7 months. We have loved it from day 1. Brenda and Neevah have been polite and professional to us since our tour. It’s clean, has lovely trails and beautiful views. The houses are perfect size, and reasonably priced for the area. We love it here, and will renew our lease for sure! We have had nothing but a positive experience. Don’t believe the negative reviews. They couldn’t be further from the truth.

Favorite place that I have lived. Never really had to contact maintenance or the front desk which is honestly ideal. No real amenities to speak of (the ones they do have are just token amenities not actually any good, (they have a treadmill and some dumbbells lol) but you back up to a nature trail and it’s probably the best location in all of flagstaff to live.
