Lived for several years now and really like it. Nevah and Brenda at the apartment office are very nice and helpful. Caleb and the maintenance crew are very responisve and capable. Thanks for doing a great job running this apartment complex.
Maintenance Matthew and Caleb are quick to respond and have skillfully fixed everything I requested. I’ve never experienced such prompt attention from maintenance any other place.
I have lived here for over a year. I love it here, I feel safe, I love seeing the wildlife when I'm out walking my dogs. Nevah and Brenda are amazing, if I need anything as far as repairs it's handled quickly. They offered to put a jacket on my hot water heater which did help the terrible APS bill in the winter. I'm hopeful this year is better. I just signed another lease. I love it here <3
I'm new to the Overlook. I moved in the first week of June. I have absolutely no complaints. And it's quiet! I can't hear my neighbors. It's a quiet place to enjoy life.
Update - honestly the place and its location is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and people really just do their thing here. My only real complaints were a maintenance guy who I don’t think works here anymore would be rude, slam doors and bang into things very loudly when servicing the unit and the electric bill is kind of outrageous during the winter.
