I took a tour of this community recently and the leasing agent began by disparaging other apartment communities with affordable housing, saying "You don't want to live near THOSE kind of people, do you?" I wrote two stars because clearly the community is gorgeous, I don't think this leasing agent's opinions are indicative of the company's views as a whole, but as someone who "pulled themselves up by the bootstraps" myself and used to utilize government programs to help me after a difficult medical journey, I found those comm... read more
The entire property is in a really great location, the living areas are incredibly beautiful and clean, and the staff is phenomenal! Namely Brenda who made the entire moving in process extremely easy, simple, and fast! I would highly recommend this area to anyone, they do a great job all the way around!! Overlook at Buffalo Park is the way to go!

After two failed experiences in Flagstaff, I have to say this place has been amazing!! From the first time I contacted them, through move in, and any little issues that have come up, they have been kind and incredibly professional. Brenda is very sweet and professional and will help with anything you need. Maintenance has also been on top of everything, and very professional and kind as well.
