I absolutely love living here! Always clean and very well maintained. Anytime I need anything fixed Alice the property manager gets things done asap. These are literally the nicest apartments in Yucaipa.

I absolutely love living here. It’s super clean I have friendly, quiet neighbors and management is super helpful and friendly and go the extra mile when you need them. If I need something fixed it’s done promptly and well. From the landlord to the maintenance guys they are always kind and even play with my dog when they fix stuff and I’m not home. FIVE STARS!

I’ve lived here since March 2020, and have only positive things to say about my experience. The Bungalows are ideal for many reasons. The property itself is very well maintained and quiet. My 2-bedroom apartment is private and spacious. I love that it comes with a two-car garage, central air/heat, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The location is walkable to grocery and other retail shopping, and walking/biking paths and hiking trails are literally across the street from the complex.
