We were here for a 50th birthday party. Sandra was great at explaining how it works with a large group there so there were no surprises. Nikki was our waitress and she did a fabulous job keeping drinks and food coming. The area off to the side for our group worked out great. Everything that we ate was wonderful too. Kudos to the kitchen staff! Thank you for a great night!
Went here for lunch and bingo. If you are not a regular you will be ushered to a dark tiny tiny table too small to play bingo and eat lunch. Asked to move and we were told we fill up and its the only open space.... in an empty bar. Then slowly when people trickle in 15 minutes after we got there..in pairs... they seat them at tables for 4. We were told repeatedly that because we were 2 people we couldn't sit at a table for 4. Love The Bungalow. Chicken St Croix is my all-time favorite dish! Cesar Salad is amazing, can tell the dressing is homemade! Only had one experience where we had to send something back to the kitchen and they remade it very quickly and it was spot-on the second time. Have had multiple servers and they were all great! The only thing I would change is I wish they served mashed potatoes all day, getting the swedish meatballs with noodles on Sunday afternoon was unexpected but still good!. 😉
Poor customer service from the manager Cindy. Would never recommend this restaurant because of her.
