Just like everyone else that wrote in this review. I to have roches.. pay for pest control every month and no one ever comes out. So I'm paying for a service I don't get. My bathroom sink came off one day and it took them 2 weeks to come and fix it. Replaced it with a kitchen sink. My dryer caught on fire because they refuse to clean the air duck for my dryer. Matnence will put completed on the matnence request when nothing ever got done.. the gym.. is nasty. No one comes to clean it. Ever! Poop all in the dog park. It's jus... read more
Not worth $1200/ month. If I could leave no stars I would. We have DEAD ROACHES in our fridge, RAT POOP found in closets, and the dish washer has never worked in the 6 months we've lived at Bungalow 09 in San Antonio, Texas. NONE OF THESE HAVE BEEN FIXED and these conditions are DISGUSTING. 95% of the time you can't get in contact with the office to have them spray for bugs once a week. We pay for this service every month and have only gotten added to the list twice in 6 months. I'm pretty sure there's only one person workin... read more
