Just like everyone else that wrote in this review. I to have roches.. pay for pest control every month and no one ever comes out. So I'm paying for a service I don't get. My bathroom sink came off one day and it took them 2 weeks to come and fix it. Replaced it with a kitchen sink. My dryer caught on fire because they refuse to clean the air duck for my dryer. Not worth $1200/ month. If I could leave no stars I would. We have DEAD ROACHES in our fridge, RAT POOP found in closets, and the dish washer has never worked in the 6 months we've lived at Bungalow 09 in San Antonio, Texas. NONE OF THESE HAVE BEEN FIXED and these conditions are DISGUSTING. 95% of the time you can't get in contact with the office to have them spray for bugs once a week.
