April 5 2017 to March 27 2021. could not ask for better people to deal with. Electrical problem some outlets out,, replaced Hot water tank, replaced heat registers, repaired heat pump, replaced motor on Furnace, replaced thermostat, replaced dishwasher, replaced seal of range, sprayed for spiders, removed squirrels from attic 3 times. Every concern answered without delay, with one call each. Could not ask for more caring people. Thanks for the great service.

Todd has gone above and beyond to help our community flourish into the community it is today. He has lead us and helped us become a sought after established neighborhood. Overlook at Battery Creek was previously a "distressed" neighborhood after the initial developer had issues during the financially downturn 2007-2010. We have owned a home here for approximately 11 years and Bundy Management has done a great job in working with the new developers. Todd is professional and very responsive to questions and issues raised by the homeowners. Highly recommend.

As a board member, I worked very closely with Bob Bundy. Todd Keyserling serves our current board. We've experienced nothing but professionalism and cooperation from both. They are prompt in their response and if they don't know the answer they work hard to get it for you. We would recommend working with BAM without hesitation.
