April 5 2017 to March 27 2021. could not ask for better people to deal with. Electrical problem some outlets out,, replaced Hot water tank, replaced heat registers, repaired heat pump, replaced motor on Furnace, replaced thermostat, replaced dishwasher, replaced seal of range, sprayed for spiders, removed squirrels from attic 3 times. Every concern answered without delay, with one call each. Could not ask for more caring people. Thanks for the great service.

Bundy Management selectively enforces covenants and restrictions. According to their response to my complaint with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, verbal approval is accepted for selected variances, which is in direct violation of the covenants and restrictions.

It's too bad you can't give 0 stars. Don't rent from Bundy. They are exceptionally unprofessional and rude in the office. We were a military family and even though we put down a deposit, they wouldn't hold the place for us until I actually saw it in person. My husband was deployed and I was moving as fast as I could. Instead of being helpful and working with us, they were rude and almost defensive about it. Like we were inconveniencing them by giving them out money. So far this places seems unprofessional and I am extremely skeptical about renting from them. They need to take advice from other prospering companies.
