Bundy Mgmt Co managed Canal Apartments on Salem Rd in Beaufort since 1994 , and did a spectacular job. The property was sold in June 2026. I highly recommend them. Joyce B, Canal Apt. Board member.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My fiancée’s experience renting from this company has been nothing short of negligent and unacceptable. She repeatedly reported a serious rat infestation, yet their so-called pest control efforts failed every time to resolve the issue. It became so severe that she had to pay out of pocket for Orkin, and even then the problem remains because management refuses to approve proper treatment inside the home.
