Attentive and very polite and helpful
I rang to enquire about bringing my cat in after hours who had diarrhoea and was no longer urinating. The girl I spoke to on the phone was so rude, gave zero advice, and hung up on me. This, combined with other negative experiences I’ve had at this practice, means I will never attend there again. In an emergency do yourself a favour and attend the ARH at Essendon. My pussy had issues with a urinary tract issue. (Mind out of the gutter) I nearly lost him …. These guys are saviours!
Lovely staff, had to wait which is expected being and emergency afterhours consult. Vet was very thorough and not rushed. Fees for an afterhours emergency consult very good as well. Thank you for looking after my Elsa.
