FFS!!! Probably the worst experience I have ever had! Firstly, BMW scratched my car, they then said "take it to Bundoora BMW body shop". I took the car to them, they repaired the scratch however I noticed that you could clearly see where they have "repaired it" due to the different shade of colour. The defective work meant it had to be resprayed! Well, I got resprayed then somehow had oversprayed into the car and was all over the window tint. It gets worse... They then said that they will fix the tiny with a rotary polisher!... read more
Disappointingly very 'unprofessional ' customer service. Called & spoke to someone called Zalton for a repair quote for insurance. He asked the details he needed & required me to bring the car for inspection. Took time off work & drove to the other side of city assuming it would be all worth it to have the works done by a BMW-owned shop! Met the guy & to my surprise he acted very uninterested & appeared quite technically clueless about my car which is a very popular model & out of production only 10 years ago so he started m... read more
