Ordered online for a delivery to a friend's daughter, the flowers and balloon I ordered were beautiful and delivered very promptly. We had a small issue with the teddy that was ordered however, this was fixed very quickly. Definitely recommend House of Flowers - great customer service and lovely products

I ordered online and found the process very simple and accessible. The website is easy to navigate and not overwhelming. I chose the "Florist Choice Seasonal Arrangement", and they put together such a beautiful arrangement of flowers. This service was wonderful, friendly and prompt. Lin was so helpful assisting me to decide on a bouquet for my daughter who had just delivered her first baby. Lim was very friendly and lovely and the flowers were just what I'd hoped for, very close to Bandaberg Base too.
