EMS paramedics did a great job, however the billing department has been impossible to get a hold of. I've left numerous messages, been on hold for 45 minutes, been randomly disconnected, etc. I don't know what else to do. It's inexcusable that the billing department is inaccessible and will not return calls. Trying to contact them has taken up much time and lots of frustration. 🤷
My brother slipped mowing and cut his foot open and they took him to urgent care because they didn't want to sit at the hospital.
Mike and Dave are the best. We were in severe distress and they calmed us and took care of everything. Ideal. If something bad happens, you’d want these guys with you!
