I ordered spray roses a couple days in advance and when I went to pick them up, they were just pods, the person working there told me that they were frozen which is unacceptable as I had placed the order days in advance. They were the saddest flowers I had ever seen and I was embarrassed to present them. Will never shop here not will u recommend anyone to get flowers here. Wow! Beautiful store and even better flowers, they lasted a very long time once I brought them home and were beautiful arranged! the staff are so welcoming, Kate helped me and she definitely knows her stuff. I needed something kind of specific and she helped with every single question and inquiry! Left feeling super happy! Thanks so much Kate!!
Loved this place!!! Much better selection and staff than Safeway! Kate is my favourite and she always try’s extra hard to make my bouquets exactly what I need from the store!!! (All other staff are great I just personally had an awesome experience with Kate)
