My best friend ordered roses for my birthday and they died in less than a week despite proper care. Their delivery system is awkward, I called to get a more accurate time in their three hour window day of or to change the delivery date and they basically said it was out of their hands with no way to track deliveries or contact the courier. The whole experience was sub par, bouquet was fine, not somewhere I'd recommend. Got carnations from superstore that outlived these.
I almost always only buy flowers from Bunches and will go out of my way to visit a location to do so. The staff make the experience enjoyable regardless of the location and go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic customer service experience. Just love it!
My boyfriend buys me flowers from here and every bouquet is so beautiful and a great price for the size and the flowers last upwards of a month!
