Absolute legends! I called from NZ about an hour before closing (Oops..), asking for a single rose and a note. They’d already run out of roses and delivery was basically finished for the day, but the lovely woman on the phone still offered alternatives and said she’d make it work. I asked for just three flowers (from the alternatives), expecting something small and symbolic… then my friend sent me a photo and I honestly went “wow”. It was way more than I expected.
