Convenient location, a clean, fun office for the kids. The kids love going to see Dr. Bunch.
I used their online appointment scheduler to book an appointment based on the available slots. After booking, they called and said they couldn’t see my child and didn’t even offer an option to reschedule. The issue is not just the cancellation — it’s the overall experience. We had a handful of good visits. The staff was less than gentle with my adhd/sensory/autism kiddo but I've come to expect that. What did boggle my mind was the treatment of my 16 year old. She had been seen by Dr Bunch before, but this time, had lots of little cavities. Dr Bunch declined to treat them and told us to schedule an appt with a general dentist to get them filled, because she had all adult teeth. All employees are kind and courteous to patients and their parents. Dr. Bunch is a gem and is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She makes the kids feel comfortable and affirmed. I highly recommend Bunch Pediatric Dentistry.
