I gave 2 stars for the people who work there. The service is great but at least the chainsaws are not worth the time or money. I rented 2 times, should have learned my lesson the first time but all in all almost 200 dollars for the 2 times and was only able to use then about 4 hrs. total. The first time it kept flooding and the second time the cord wouldn't retract after the first tank, waste of money in my opinion
