June 4, 2018, I had the engine cleaned on an '01 Honda Accord, and they got water in the distributor cap, resulting in an emergency trip to my mechanic. The cost to dry it all out and make sure it ran properly, was twice the cost of the engine clean. Besides that issue, the assistant manager, Jason Conolly, was very dismissive about my concern for proper coverage of sensitive parts before the cleaning, and that was a huge red flag that I just didn't see at the time. So very cool place. They've been here since 1970. Kalamazoo treasure. They also do custom cleaning and a guy that does sent repair. :-)
Awesome people and service. I will never go anywhere else these guys are the best.
