This HOSPITAL does pick and choose who they want to treat, there is no equality here, especially on persons ethnicity, if you are public patients who do not have private health, do not go here, because thats what they care the most, $$..might as well travel to Perth with the long waiting here, just sitting and waiting, not knowing when you will be assisted, the ED doctor, "he" is more concerned about the funding rather than providing me the right care, I would not give this a star at all if there was an option for rotten tom... read more
Just been there as patient. The after care was amazing, the nurses who looked after me. Were caring and they would listen
After giving birth at BRH, I almost lost my life after the surgical team left placenta behind. The maternity team were fantastic however the clinic really needs better organisation and follow ups. My c-sec scar kept reopening due to stitches being placed too far apart and took over 10 months to heal. Communication between teams is appalling and the constant blame game rather than having the patients best interest at the forefront is beyond a joke. Great hospital, lovely staff
Today my husband and I attended the Outpatients Clinic in the Homemaker Centre in Bunbury. We were attended to by Nils. We were both extremely impressed with Nils. It was so easy to communicate with him. He explained matters so well and we felt so comfortable asking him questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Hopefully we will seem him again at the clinic.
