Had a really solid experience with Bunbury Carpet Court. From the first quote through to installation, everything was straightforward and well handled. The team showed up on time, communicated clearly, and took care with the details — which you don’t always see these days. The finished result looks great and has completely lifted the space. No surprises on pricing either, which I appreciated. Would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We had a poor experience with Carpet court. Communication has been almost non-existent and we have always had to chase for updates. Months later, we are still missing part of our blinds, with no resolution or update about this. There is no follow-up or ownership, and it feels like customer care is simply not a priority. We won’t be using them for our curtains and wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
Highly recommended. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. We really appreciated their wonderful service ❤
