We had a poor experience with Carpet court. Communication has been almost non-existent and we have always had to chase for updates. Months later, we are still missing part of our blinds, with no resolution or update about this. There is no follow-up or ownership, and it feels like customer care is simply not a priority. We won’t be using them for our curtains and wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
Highly recommended. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. We really appreciated their wonderful service ❤
Nice revamp of store
Excellent service with a smile
Appalling trades people , our flooring was being replaced while we were still living in the house . The job took a week to complete. Each day the trades people would leave rubbish all over the house sharp knives extended around the place where our young son could access. After the completed they re instated our skirting that was previously attached it was terrible .the old paint and plaster that was pulled off when they removed was still stuck to the back and just slapped back on the wall.
