Super helpful and friendly business. Really patient w my additional questions during an emergency fix, and my bike runs great.
Buna is a great bicycle shop. They are very good mechanics & are thoughtful and courteous.
TLDR: The customer service here was completely lacking and it seems that many of the positive ratings were left years ago when the shop was under different ownership. I would not recommend. I dropped my bike off on Sunday just to have the tires either patched or replaced. I was told it would cost around $30 to replace each tire, plus labor costs, around $90-$120 overall, depending on the option I chose for the tires.
