I'm not happy about the outcome of my car. I was charged over 400 bucks for them to put the same part on my car that was previously replaced to only get down the road for the check engine light to come on again. I told the owner do not replace my 02 sensors on my car theyre not the problem he did it anyways without approval from me. Charged me 450 bucks for absolutely nothing and put more hardships on us as we still have a car that has the check engine light on and traction control light on. We're in worst shape now than when we took it in. This was pure out deception and we were deceived by this garage by believing it was fixed they kept our car for almost a month and they couldn't fix it. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! My wife and I were driving to Atlanta on a Friday afternoon when our car broke down on I-85. We rolled in here around 3pm with no clue what we were in for and fearing the worst. The team at Bumper to Bumper looked at our vehicle right away, provided a diagnosis/quote, and fixed us up before closing shop for the day. They went above and beyond to help us get on our way. If I’m ever in the area and needing work done, they’ll be my first call!
They are friendly and very professional. Their the most honest mechanics I've ever dealt with. Thanks for always getting me in and out fast. You can't beat their prices!
I can’t say enough good things about this place . From the time I called frantically trying to find a hard part for my car to the end after getting my car back from being worked on there was pleasant and very helpful experience . Everyone else I had called didn’t have the time for me . Everyone there is friendly and took the time to listen to me . I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know .
