You know, some places you go into and, eventually, after the employees get off the phone with their wives, turn down the music, and figure out what you need through a conversation in broken English and slang, they pull up a part number and bring you the wrong thing so many times you question your own recollection and basic mechanical understanding. This is not that place, friendly, professional, helpful, and service minded. Kind of like your uncle or cousin owns the place. I support people like this.
