Absolute dishonest business. What they tell you on the phone is a lie and they will not honor it in person. Also this company is rated as a FRAUD business or as a SCAM on CASHAPP. Your payments won't even go through because CashApp knows they do shady business. And it's for the best... Just pay cash and get a receipt. This business will try to take double the money.

this is the worst business i ever had the displeasure of having to come in contact with. Legit this is a scam business. they only accept cash and cashapp...when you try to pay via cashapp, cashapp wont allow payments because they are listed as a scam/fraud business. this place is horrendous every thing out of their mouths is a lie. they lied over the phone about how much it would be to get my car out. when i showed up in person it was a different price. i will be reporting then to the state business agency.

The staff here is a bully. I remember i have my car being parked at my friend’s apartment like forever. And I kept the monthly permit in the dash board visible from outside. And the first day my car was towed was the time when we were back from grocery. The guy towing cars was right there and i parked as usual and he saw my eye to eye. I smiled. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very poor communication. They don’t answer the phones so people could even retrieve their vehicles. It’s a scam to just roll into another day which you’ll surely acquire a daily fee per each day. Smdh
