On a Saturday morning, my jeep started spewing smoke on the side of the interstate with my two small Kids inside and loaded fully with items from my business. Ed (the owner) was prompt to return my call, less than 5 minutes. he gave me step by step instructions how to leave me vehicle for him so I could get my two kids to safety and off the narrow shoulder with large trucks running past at 80 mph! within 2 hours he texted me that he had my vehicle and would take a look at it!
