I see Cassie at Bump and absolutely love her. Pelvic floor therapy is not my favourite appointment if I am being honest but Cassie has made it way easier. She is sweet and understanding. And has helped me after I had a hysterectomy and bladder surgery.
I want to leave a recommendation for the kinesiologist Ally! She is very good, attentive, and makes sure you do the exercises correctly. She has even helped me with my baby when she accompanies me to my appointments! I have tried other kinesiologists, but she has truly helped me change my life, especially after my C-section.

I started going to Bump when I was pregnant with my son and have continued with them because the care is so amazing! Ashley is amazing for massage, Meagan for pelvic floor and I love that they now have chiro! Abby is amazing and a great addition to the team.
