I always support local business and small ma and pa shops. However, if you don't have respect for your repeat customers then I will no longer rave about your business. The owner was friendly and eager to help me at the time I needed service. 2 years later it started to yellow (my car is white) so I took it in. He immediately was defensive and raised his voice.
