I wanted to like this place, but they were out of half their menu, the place was filled with fryer oil smoke, they charged us an extra dollar for just asking for a lil hot sauce, the food was mid with little meat which was just cheap ground beef.
Was not impressed bad service and the food was just a tone of rice with Sriracha barley any meat
This chain is good, but this location struggles. I’ve showed up multiple times wanting regular menu items hours after they open to be disappointed because they hadn’t cooked the ingredients yet. This time I called ahead asking if the food would be done in time, and then when I showed up in person after driving half an hour, they still needed 20 min to prep the ingredients. The staff was also curt and unapologetic. I’ll probably never come back.
Overall: I was very disappointed. Food: They were out of beef and four of the six types of soda. The quality was average. Service: The person taking orders did not know how to accept a valid coupon. Atmosphere: It seemed less than fully clean.
