Ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my sister for her new baby girl. Input all the information I wanted on the card with no issues. Paid and when then invoice was sent, I noticed TWO names were missing. I immediately sent an email, as they were already closed for the night, with the correct names. No response. I called to check (I’m out of state) and they were already out for delivery with the incorrect information. I had a family member getting married in a few days and learned that she did not have a bridal bouquet. I asked the bride, had she purchased flowers, what would they have been. She showed me a photo....with 2 days to go, I visited this shop. Katie looked at the photo, and assured me that I had nothing to worry about, she would take good care of this need.
