This service has been very helpful and professional. They also have great prices. Great value. Eight men came with a chipper to trim our trees and they were done in two hours. Crew leader was friendly and very open to communication before, during and after trimming. The crew leader was very communicative and friendly. They cut the trees just right to let in light through the roof, open up the tree canopy, allow for natural light to enter the room, and make the area look beautiful. Update 2. Update 2. It was done. I have added the company to my "good guys list". Update Update 1. After the trim service I asked twice if they would "repaint two open cuts of the Live Oaks using pruning paint." They applied the paint inconsistently, leaving much of the cut exposed. In the past four months, I have called twice. Twice, I received a reply that "the operations manager will contact me" to resolve the issue. Nothing.
