I've lived here for several years now; overall it's a quiet, cozy neighborhood. The townhouses are just large enough for a family of four or five. I don't have a pet myself, but it's pet friendly. Parking is at a premium. The staff and maintenance are awesome! Joe and Jake; you guys rock. It's a little pricey, but we all know you get what you pay.
Trash service and no one cares the club house is so bad and gym is the worst !
