Shamika, with Bumblebee Blinds of Frisco is absolutely great at customer service!!! She EVEN SUPPORTS CUSTOMERS WHO DID NOT PURCHASE FROM HER! Absolutely amazing. We spent almost $6500 two years ago with Larry owner of Nextgen Multimedia. After the check was cashed Larry ghosted us after the sale. We called a year after install to get service, but he never us called back. Now that same shade was totally broken. The curtains are beautiful! I wasn’t sure what I wanted when we first met, but Shemekia made great suggestions and was so helpful in helping me make a choice about style and color. It’s also helpful that they offer so many products because it gave me so many window covering options (eg, curtains, cornice, valence, blinds, etc.). The installer was on time, very friendly, and professional. And the outcome is stunning! Makes our rooms look designed and finished. I LOVE them. Thank you Shemekia and team!
