My issue was never resolved. The process did not remove my vole infestation. I spent over $1800. to rid my property of these rodents. So after speaking to Kristyn ( a very nice person) I was transferred to Susan at the corporate office and was professionally absolved of any further billing. They stood behind their satisfaction clause.
Bulwark has been my extermination company since I move to Greensboro. They have been extremely helpful and effective. I haven't had any extreme issues with insects and if something comes up they schedule a between visit appointment to help address the issue. This month I decided to utilize them to help with a mole issue I've been having. My tech Oscar was wonderful.
