Ramon with Bulwark was fantastic! We were the last stop of his day and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I had to take care of my children and Ramon patiently waited until I was able to facilitate his care of the traps in our attic. Happily the traps caught the rat we had been contacting with and Ramon removed the rat…even allowing my curious son to get a glimpse. All in all, Ramon is a fantastic testament to Bulwark’s commitment to customer service. Well done Ramon!
