Door to door salesman in the Palisades has been harassing residents. Gets very obnoxious and if you don't answer the doorbell he will bang on the door. Refused to wear PPE when a neighbor confronted him about COVID concerns, he responded I don't care about that. Very poor look for the company, will never use your service because of him.
RecommendedDavid was here at exactly the time that he said he would be. I had other workmen at the house at the same time and he worked silently and quickly. I felt like I was in really good hands with Bulwark.
Edmon Kennedy continues to impress! He sent us a message the night before his arrival, and arrived on time (actually early). It was drizzling outside, none the less, he sprayed/ treated the outside of our home and even took additional measures to address my concerns over ants around my back patio. He even got rid of the spiders and their webs (hallelujah!)
I cannot say enough about this pest control company. They stand behind their work. Dave took the time to talk to us about making sure our pets had the best flea treatments to help with outside pest control in our grass. He made so much sense. They are the most polite group of people I've met in a while. From the top notch service at the beginning when I called to the top notch service from the technicians, I highly recommend this company.
Robert Haynes spent the time to help us with our ant problem. He clearly explained what he needed to do, and how long it would take to clear up the problem. He also gave us a contact number in case we needed follow up service.
Eric Kraft was great at explaining the process and had great customer skills. Felt great getting rid of these bugs!

We have had a centipede/spider problem since moving in our house. We have gone through other companies but felt like they did not treat for our specific problem and were not very knowledgeable. We noticed an immediate difference after the first treatment with Bulwark, it was crazy! We loved that Edmon was extremely knowledgeable and explained the best way to treat for our specific pests. I would 100% recommend!
