I left Protection One after 27 years. Service and staff was average at best and they would not negotiate better rates for a longtime customer. They waste your time with endless calls and pitches. I am beyond thrilled that my extensive research brought me to Bulwark! Bulwark represents what an outstanding business can deliver. Jeff arrived on time and advised us very professionally. We were new to home security and didn't know a lot. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that we could understand it and recommended what we needed and didn't try to sell us stuff that we didn't want. I have been using Bulwark for many locations for my business. Bulwark does an awesome job in using the right equipment and maintaining the integrity of the security for my locations. Bulwark knows the technology and the tools that are requested for the techno-geek, but the tools they give are even less techno and much easier to deal with. Jeff and his team at Bulwark went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect with our Office Alarm System. We were using a competitor and didn't want the hassle of switching, but the other company left us no choice with their extremely poor customer service and software issues.
