I was very happy with Bulverde Oaks, but now not so much. On Friday 4/17/2020 I submitted a maintenance request for A/C not working. It was cooler outside than inside. This is supposed to be considered an emergency, even during this Covid-19. Roommate also called, they said the A/C Maintenance person would not be in until Monday, however today 4/19/2020 the temperature is in the 90s. We were told Saturday that someone would be out at 2 pm, then called to say someone would be out Sunday morning, and would bring a fan. I calle... read more
RecommendedThe office staff and maintenance staff here are the BEST. Friendly and responsive- they care about their community.
I do not recommend living at these apartments..I was there for a year and had water coming into my apartment 4 different times and nothing was done about it. I have pictures of the baseboards when I told them it needed to be checked for mold and they continued to tell me there wasn’t mold when you can clearly tell there was. I wasn’t offered a different apartment or anything. Then to top it off, my rent went up $100. I have moved to a different apartment and am absolutely 100x happier where I am at now.
