Very quick handling from Bullworker side. The item, however has been stuck at UPS warehouse here in Norway for 2 weeks.
I am giving 5 stars . Initially I was nervous with this delivery. I Had ordered 36 inch bullworker classic, but had received 28 inch unit and found it tedious to deal with the company via email. A few days later staff responded to my emails and resolved the situation. all correspondence was handled via email and was fast, after the first handshake.
