Called to have windshield replaced. First when I called they said someone would be out between 1:30 and 3:00. Then called me back to let me know my windshield wasn’t in stock and someone would be out the next day between 9:30 and 10:30. Next day I called at 11:00 am to see what was going on. They said the people were running a little late. Finally the guys showed up at 1:30 which was more than a little late. Then they installed the windshield in my car. I paid them and they left.
