It’s been over 4 years of working with Bullseye Property Management and I must say it’s been a great experience. Matt Ebert and the Bullseye crew has not let our HOA down. We have never had an issue reaching him and he has our best interest in mind. we dealt with a tough owner situation two years ago that he navigated us through flawlessly and made sure our HOA was protected. Our HOA community has been fortunate to work with Matt Ebert and his incredibly team. He's passionate about his work which shows in our interactions. We're a medium client for them and I spent 3 years working with him on the board of directors before retiring. I retired because I knew he would make sure our new board did the right thing. Bullseye Property Management has done a great job working with and supporting our homeowner's community. Our property manager, Kristina Johnson, has done an outstanding job communicating with us in a timely manner and working effectivley with vendors. Kristina has been a pleasure to work with and has made our choice to enagage Bullseye Property Management the best decision for our townhome community.
Bullseye does a great job managing their associations and working hard to keep the business aspect of the community strong. Their operations manager, Matt, is very helpful with navigating large projects.
