Just left there and now I have a screw in my tire. It wasn't there before I got there but now it is and they said maybe cho got it off the road, I pulled up next door to this place because I heard a noise. This place fucking sucks and it shouldn't rep the Bulls, but there is alot of bullshit going on there do not take your car to these people!!! I spend good money for my tires, for these assholes to get a nail in it and then say cho got it from the road.
Highly unprofessional owner and staff. Doesn't update hours anywhere on the web. Pull in 30 minutes before special closing time, 3 hours before normal, and get turned away because the staff don't want to be there. Talk to the owner next day and didn't care about what was publicly posted and defended a "last minute decison". After driving an hour down and wasting my time you would think the owner would even ask if I decided to get my car washed somewhere else or not. They are very nice and thought full they cleaned up my car and it sparked
Learn English and maybe there wouldn't be an issue with getting the right service.. Passing gas in someone's vehicle over a miscommunication on YOUR PART is immature!
Just left this place! I went in for an oil change, my car is 2005 honda accord not in the best shape but my car none the less. When I received my car back it has MULTIPLE scratches on the hood. When I spoke to a so called manager they told me my car was dirty and I did not see it. I know my car very well. I will be contacting the owner Karim Seryani. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
I was concerned when I had to show the technician where the engine was on my Smart Car. But, was wrong great service, as dirty as my car was the car wash was worth what I paid for the oil change.
Same with me I have a Kia Sorrento from the back doors forward is all the did no vacuum in the back and didn't clean the hatch $24.99 and i still have to do some cleaning
This was my 5 time and last time. 1.5 hours and still was VERY unhappy. Manager said if you want it clean, then get a full detail. Left black marks on the head liner from their air hose. Manager said they didn't do it. New truck.... never again
