My experiences at this place have been in part horrible. I like the apartment I love the area. But there is a lack of co-operation and tremendous lack of respect of certain individuals (tenants)’ smoking cigarettes/marijuana... It stinks, annoying, unhealthy. You would think the activity is happening in my unit. That's how disgustingly aggravating it is.
Hello Everyone, I've been a Resident of Bullocks Pt.Townhomes for 20 yrs. The Staff in the Office , Criss , Tracey , Michael , are always eager to help with any and all needs .The Jorge is Head Maintenance Manager & his Staff include Rafa and Mario . They always go over and beyond when services are required. They are always pleasant , caring and Efficient. I feel very safe in this quiet Community , comfortable with my living accommodations . While I have since moved, Bullocks Point was a fantastic first apartment. Tracey Wilton and the management office are wonderful. From the time I toured to the day I turned in my keys, Tracey was nothing short of wonderful, kind, and considerate. Communication was never a problem. Tracey and the management here are one of the things I will miss the most about Bullocks! Also worth noting is maintenance. They are incredibly responsive and always fixed any issue quickly -- they are also very kind! Only "downsides" to living here... read more
