While I have since moved, Bullocks Point was a fantastic first apartment. Tracey Wilton and the management office are wonderful. From the time I toured to the day I turned in my keys, Tracey was nothing short of wonderful, kind, and considerate. Communication was never a problem. Tracey and the management here are one of the things I will miss the most about Bullocks! Also worth noting is maintenance. They are incredibly responsive and always fixed any issue quickly -- they are also very kind! Only "downsides" to living here... read more
Hello Everyone, I've been a Resident of Bullocks Pt.Townhomes for 20 yrs. The Staff in the Office , are always eager to help with any and all needs .The Maintenance goes over and beyond when services are required. They are always pleasant , caring and Efficient. I love living at Bullocks Point. I been here 13 years. It is clean quiet and beautiful. The Manegers are very nice, caring,.and friendly. Chris and Tracey. do there job.well. The meaintence Jorge . does his job fast and good results. Great place to live.. Apartments Are very modern Up to date. Landscaping is very clean and beautiful. Across the street is a beach , Park, Near Bike Path, And Crescent park Carousel I would give it a 10 star.
