Had a problem with Volvo XC90, took it to the dealer first who quoted me a several hundred dollar fix and wasn't exactly even sure what the issue was. Took it to Ritchie at Bullock's instead. Drove me back to work while they looked at it. Found the problem immediately and fixed it for under $200 same day. Outstanding! A real gem.
I had a radiator core support replaced there a couple months ago and the cut in half instead of replacing the whole piece. They also were supposed to paint it to match the rest of the car but decided to just take a five dollar can of spray paint and charge me a hundred dollars for it and not even bother to sand it so it just peels off. Execellent Repair & Paint Matched Perfectly. My car looks as good as before the accident. If you are looking for a body shop that does High Quality body work then look no further, this is the shop. they do what they say they will do. They helped me with my insurance co. & helped me pick up a rental car. they repaired my car in just a few days,not a few weeks, like other shops that I have used in the past.This shop was recommended by a friend,so now I recommend this shop to all my friends.
