Great shop but watch the GST that they (illegally) don’t tell you about! You can’t be asked a price of an item and then whack on the GST when you debit the card. “The ACCC requires that businesses include any taxes in the priced displayed on products. This includes GST, which you cannot exclude and add to the price later. Businesses must ensure that they do not mislead consumers by misquoting the price”
Worst customer service I have came crossed.as growing up in Wollongong bunches always know as the best so clearly where my go to when wanting to deliver flowers to a dear friend funeral from interstate. Best flowers with wide range of varieties on an affordable prices.
Unfortunately there are new owners here now and the store has gone to pieces. The outside of the florist has dead plants and weeds growing, looks very scruffy and untidy. Inside is half empty and feels dirty and messy. A shame, they need to update the store on google with their name so the prior establishment isn’t confused with this one.
beautiful bouquets for very reasonable prices - best I've seen in Wollongong. Was served by sol/soul (sorry not sure how to spell it!) and she was absolutely lovely :)
